After completing the Two Castles 10K in June I have decided to keep up my training and see if I can better my time!  I managed 55 minutes 45 seconds before so fingers crossed.

My next run is at Coombe Abbey Country Park, near Coventry, on 227 September. The course is flat over a woodland path and fields - so a bit different from the previous road race.
