Hi Everyone! Thanks for visiting my fundraising page and showing your support. As most of you know, St Vincent's Hospice is where my Dad, Archie, spent the last few months of his life before leaving us last October. We can't express in words how grateful we are to the nurses and staff at St V's for the compassion, support and friendship given to us but most importantly to Dad during his time there so we hope by helping raise funds it goes a little way towards saying thank you. As a thanks to everyone donating I thought Dad would like you to have a copy of his favourite clootie dumpling recipe, it seemed to be on the menu at some point each day! So get the clootie in the pot and slice yourself off a chunk in memory of Dad/Archie... We miss you every day xxx
