This year I am raising money for STARS (Syncope Trust And Reflex Anoxic Seizures). This is a small charity that has supported my lovely Sister in Law, Anita, with her medical condition and I wanted to do something to say thank you.

I've been training 5 times a week since the start of January and so far my longest run has been 18 miles, if you want to know more about the race have a look at the website above, there are some big old hills! I've been doing my bit, thanks for you doing yours.

PS All money will be donated to STARS, I have paid for flights, accommodation, race fees etc.
