Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Both my children, Oliver and Matilda have had to be treated by the Spires Cleft Centre at the John Radcliffe Hosptial in Oxford, they gave my son a wonderful new smile and will do the same for my daughter soon.

I've decided to run the Reading Half Marathon to raise some money to support the work of the the Cleft team.  The last time I ran I wasn't in the best of shape and I stopped half way around for something to eat - probably not my finest idea and I was over taken at the end of the course by someone dressed as Little Miss Chatterbox - this year I plan to run a little quicker and started training before Christmas.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now.
