About our charity : Action on Elder Abuse Action on Elder Abuse
Action on Elder Abuse works to protect, and prevent the abuse of vulnerable older adults. It does this through the provision of a freephone helpline, training and educating key workers, and also by challenging government to make essential changes to the law which protect those at risk of abuse.

Our personal message:

We are pleased to announce that we ran the London 10km run in 1hr, 8 mins and 30 seconds.  This was under our target time (albeit only by 90 seconds!).

We will update as appropriate with any images captured on the run.
