Greater Manchester Police Martial Arts Club have completed a Guinness World Record, a  Martial Arts Marathon. We started training at 8am on Friday 21st November 2008 and hopefully finish at 8pm on Saturday 22nd. A huge feat when you consider that we are only allowed a 5 minute break for every 60 minutes completed. Each person will be training completed the full 36 hours.

When the final countdown was completed we were all extremely proud and knackered. I will update with photos of everyone soon.
