Glossop Mountain Rescue Team is made up of volunteers who give their time to help people who are lost, injured or in distress on the hills around Glossop.  The team is 100% reliant on donations as they receive no long term government funding. They are on call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.  It costs over £10,000 a year to run the team so donations are always needed.

To help raise money to we are selling small teddy bears for £5 plus £3 p+p. If you would like to buy a bear, please click on the donate button and donate £8.00 (sorry this has gone up because of postage costs).

We will then email you (using the email address you registered with justgiving) to ask for your delivery address - please make sure you select the option to be contacted or we won't be able to send you a bear. 

We hope you'll take your bear to interesting places with you on your travels. So when you do, please take a photo and email it to the address you'll find in the bear's rucksack, and we will share it on our Facebook page.
