This Sunday morning when you're: a) At church b) Recovering from a hangover or c) Asleep ...or whatever else people do on a Sunday morning. Rob Burns and Glenn Sharpe will be standing with thousands of other bemused under prepared athletes on the start line of the Great North Run. 

But more important than that, we're running for Martin House Hospice; a really fantastic charity who care for Children and Young People with life limiting illnesses. If you can spare a few pounds for Martin House then this is an opportunity to make a difference to people's lives when they most need your help.
