Hi, I'm Danny the leader of the charity jailbreak team 'Goat on the Run'.

First let me start by explaining what exactly a 'charity jailbreak' event consists of. There are team's of up to 3 apparently utterly insane students who start from Durham city on the morning of Saturday the 14th and have a grand total of 36, yes that's just 36, hours to get as far away from Durham as possible by using the well known and honed skills of blagging and sweet talk. Previous winners have seen themselves sunbathing in LA and a secret source tells me that this year one team may end up in Australia!

However let's not lose sight of that fact that all this fun and frivolity is all in the name of charity. Particularly, our chosen charity, ShelterBox.

ShelterBox is a registered international disaster relief charity who specialise in emergency shelter provision. Since 2001, ShelterBox has provided shelter, warmth and dignity following over 80 disasters in more than 52 countries.
