Hello there,

I have had a good long think about birthdays and celebrations and I reckon that the thing I would like most for my birthday is a longer life :)

Having polycystic kidneys sucks and there are many thousands of people all around the country, including members of my family who suffer from this condition. Charities like the National Kidney Foundation fund research into eliminating this disease or at least making life better for those folks who have it which seems like a pretty damn good cause to me.

So if you want to get me a present, but don't know what to get me then I please donate to the NKF on my behalf. If that isn't for you, then no problem, but folks have asked and I know they could make good use of the money :)
