We raise SUDEP & epilepsy risks awareness to prevent deaths & support those bereaved

Story

During the first two weeks of May 2008, David and Chris Goldsmith will be cycling from Lands End to John O’Groats. The ride is in aid of Epilepsy Bereaved (www.sudep.org), a charity that supports research into epilepsy related deaths.

The brothers will be cycling unsupported and aim to complete the ride in 15 days. That means they will have to average 70 miles per day to get to their destination on time! They are not professional riders, so it’s going to be hard work.

David and Chris are totally committed to getting the job done in support of their chosen charity, a cause very close to their hearts as they have both friends and family affected by epilepsy. Training has started, but there’s still a long way to go before they set off to achieve this monstrous goal!!

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor us: Epilepsy Bereaved will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.

So please sponsor us now!

Many thanks for your support.
