The equine team here at Gonsal farm are raising money to donate to the equine centre in Shrewsbury.  The money we raise will be used to help all of the equines within our care, this could be veterinary treatment and bandages, medication, feed, rugs or any of their basic needs.  

The challenge is to walk 50 miles in 24 hours with the majority of the walking overnight. They will walk over 8 peaks with a total climb of 8000 ft.  The event is on 4th October 2014 and you can follow Claire and Sally on the rspca equine welfare and rehoming facebook page as they take on the challenge.

The RSPCA relies on public support to be able to continue their good work, your help and support with this event would be greatly appreciated by all members of staff that on a daily basis do an amazing job to help the equines in their care.
