Good Grief - I did it!!

4hrs 14 mins 39 secs of blood and sweat (courtesy of blisters and sunshine) but no tears even though I didn't achieve my sub 4hour goal.

Thanks for your magnificent support and sponsorship which made it all worthwhile.
