We had a fantastic at the Great North Run - wonderful weather and as ever an incredible experience. With colleagues and good friends from Wise Buddah we were fundraising for Anthony Nolan

Last year, your donations amounted to more than £6000 for Anthony Nolan Bone Marrow Trust and while I hesitated to ask you again, many people said to me that they didn't donate last year and that they would like to this, and I KNOW Anthony Nolan could do with the cash.

So here's the thing: If you did donate last year, please don't feel in any way obliged to do so again.. I'm still very grateful for your support. If you can spare a few quid however... be my guest :)
