after training hard for the last 8months and losing over 2 and a half stone I want to start doing a few runs for charity.This is a 5k fun run . I have never ever  done a run like this before

this will be my first race and it is in aid of the everyman campaign,in conjuction with wigan rotary club which is for mens cancer reserch.

 

The race will take place at Haigh hall Wigan Starting at 11.am on the 20th September 2009.
