The Prostate Cancer Charity
35,000 men in the UK are diagnosed with Prostate Cancer each year and 10, 000 die of it – that’s ONE MAN EVERY HOUR. The Prostate Cancer Charity is the largest and most comprehensive of the charities working specifically in the field of prostate cancer. Our aim is to provide ‘hope for tomorrow’ through the research we fund and ‘practical support for today’ through our helpline, specialist nurses programme, and information services. Your support will help The Prostate Cancer Charity to continue to give hope to our grandfathers, fathers, sons and brothers.

Thank you very much for visiting my marathon fundraising website.

If you are entering the site now, you may or may not know that I completed the London Marathon 2008 in 3 hours 24 minutes and 22 seconds. I had a brilliant day with all of my family supporting me at mile 24 - that helped me push along the Embankment to the finish line.

As you know I ran for The Prostate Cancer Charity and so far have raised over £6,200.00 - a fantastic achievement. I am still campaigning for sponsorship, so if you would still like to donate that would be great.

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way of sponsoring me. The Prostate Cancer Charity will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.
