Thank you for visiting my fundraising page.
I have been working with Smile for the past seven years, it has been an amazing experience, during the past year I have been privileged to visit Zimbabwe, Sri Lanka and India helping with our work in these countries.
The work of Smile has expanded as the needs arise, however it is important to raise funds to ensure the work continues and moves forward. to this end we have organized a sponsored trek in Peru along the Inca Trail ending at the world heritage site of Machu Picchu. This will take place from 6th - 23th September 2010, the team will walk for four challenging days at altitudes of up to 14,000 feet, it will be a real test of fitness. We will be sleeping in tents at camp sites along the way temperatures can drop below freezing, so I am sure it will be a testing time.
