A good friend of mine started collapsing, and once epilepsy and brain tumours had been ruled out, the doctors lost interest. STARS aim is that anyone presenting with unexplained loss of consciousness receives the correct diagnosis, the appropriate treatment, informed support and attention from the appropriate medical professional.

And if that's not enough to make you donate, think about me running. It's not something I do naturally. After the first mile my body starts asking if we're still being chased. If you're free, come cheer me on!
