<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt;"><span style="font-size: small;">On 31<sup>st </sup>August<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>2011, I will start my cycle ride from Carmarthen to Barcelona, the capital of Catalunya. I will be cycling alone and unsupported along a route which takes me over the highest road passes in the Pyrenees. The distance is likely to be between 1,000 and 1,200 miles. All your sponsorship will go to PONT; I will personally be paying all costs associated with the trip. Please give generously to help us in our work in Uganda. Diolch. Thank you.</span></p>
