Story

Yes I really am going to do this!

I know you are all laughing but I've bought the bike and worn Andrews all-in-one padded spandex suit (cant think why he dosnt want it back)  so I HAVE to go through with it now!

The London to Paris Cyle Ride is an amazing charity challenge starting from the UK's capital, through the English countryside over to rural France and on to the heart of Paris, finishing under the Eiffel Tower!

Cycling over 5 days I will cover nearly 500km. A challenge like this is not just about distances covered and start and finishing points, the bike ride is about group effort, friendship and more importantly spirit. Cycling alongside me (or more than likely wayyyy ahead of me) will be my good friends, Tom Dillon, Andrew Blakesley, Chris Speer and (as long as his broken achillies has healed in time) Steve Sanderson.

I am now 5 months into my training and have lost a stone in weight!  I try and cycle or train at the gym, two or three times a week, so if you see me out and about puffing and panting on my trusty steed give me a wave of encouragement
