The Macmillan Afan Monster will be my hardest 100km mountain bike challenge ever. This 'enduro' uses the knowledge of experienced local riders to bring together many of the hidden gems of Afan Forest Park into one awesome ride. I can't wait.

As well as the personal challenge I'm doing the ride for friends, some who have had successful treatment and sadly those who have lost their battle with cancer and leave behind loved ones. 

Macmillan are encouraging riders to raise a minimum £25 or more in sponsorship. Every penny you donate through this site will go directly to Macmillan Cancer Support.
