As far as fundraising goes, growing a Goatee beard for the month of November (Govember) is hardly the most taxing.

For this very reason I am asking those of beard growing ability to actually only have half a shave in the morning (not a massive committment is it???) and join me in growing a Goatee beard for the worthwhile cause of Help for Heroes who are supporting the rehab of wounded British Servicemen and women.

So if you could spare some cash or spare some room on your face then please join me in trying to raise the profile of this worthwhile cause. I know those at Selly Oak and Headley Court would be most grateful.

We are not asking for thousands but any donation of two pounds upwards would be fantastic.

Remember, if you can grow one yourself and encourage others to donate then that would be brilliant also.
