Hello everybody , i am doing the race for life in Sefton park on Sunday, with my work friends . I have done this race before, it is such a positive day which  raises  money for a cause that touches so many of us. 

When i run on Sunday i will be thinking about my amazing Nan Winnie and my kind fun Auntie Jane. Two wonderful women lost to Cancer who will never be forgotten.
