Story

GRADUATE PROGRAM

After completing the three year rehabilitation program at Tumaini Senior School, we believe that our students are suitable prepared and commited to undertake the next step in their education.

Tumaini Senior School is unique in providing a Foundation course in Vocational Studies. Our school offers the possibility for students to progress directly onto Polytechnic Colleges where they can start their certificate training in trade skills. We are currently the only primary school in Kenya to offer this unique chance to graduating pupils.

Secondary School is considered "a must" for a child's success in Africa. Even then most children who have graduated still face immense competition and it can take a considerable amount of time to find work. Having a vocational skill greatly increases their chances of obtaining work quicker. To give our children this advantage Tumaini Senior School is pioneering the teaching of trade skills.

Technical Training College lasts 2 years and costs $730 per year
