<p>Hi everyone and thanks for visiting my JustGiving page.</p> <p>Next year I'm running heaps of marathon/ultra-marathon events in the hope of raising a whopping &pound;1000.00 for PLAN UK - Girl campaign.&nbsp; PLAN UK is an organisation that I have been a part of for&nbsp;a few&nbsp;years now, and can't commend them highly enough on the work they're doing.</p> <p>This specific campaign is all about getting girls into education, to give them a greater chance in life, and hopefully get them out of poverty.&nbsp; It's a great cause, and is so incredibly important.&nbsp; Please check out&nbsp;the web site for more&nbsp;information.</p> <p><a href="http://www.plan-uk.org/">http://www.plan-uk.org/</a></p> <p>The events I will be taking part in are as follows:</p> <p>Hell on the Humber (12hour race around the Humber Bridge)</p> <p>Hull Marathon (a marathon...erm...in Hull)</p> <p>Osmotherley Phoenix (33 mile trail run scaling 3500ft)</p> <p>Fellsman 60 ( 62 miles 11000ft in less than 24hours)</p> <p>Yorkshire Three Peaks Race (23.3 miles timed event taking on Whernside, Pen-y-Ghent, Ingleborough)</p> <p>Round Ripon Ultra (35miles..erm in Ripon, erm, going round it?)</p> <p>Rowbotham Round Rotherham (same as above, but 50miles, and in Rotherham)</p> <p>Wuthering Hike - (32miles, 4400ft)</p> <p>Calderdale Hike (36miles)</p> <p>Hopefully I might have time for a few more races too.</p> <p>If anyone would like to join me in any of these then please feel free, the more the merrier and at some point I could probably do with a buddy to stop me from going insane.</p> <p>This is going to be one hell of a challenging year and you can follow&nbsp;all&nbsp;my ups and downs on my running blog:</p> <p><a href="http://run-g-run.blogspot.com">http://run-g-run.blogspot.com</a></p> <p>All the momey donated is going directly to PLAN UK and directly to this scheme.&nbsp; Please give what you can and tell your friends and family about this too.</p> <p>If we can help one girl out, just a tiny bit, just make life easier for one little girl then it will all be worth the effort.</p> <p>We can make a difference.</p> <p>Thank you for viewing my JustGiving page.</p> <p>G</p> <p>&nbsp;P.S You can now donate to my JustGiving page via text.&nbsp; All you need to do is text the code BCGV61 and the amount you want to donate (&pound;5) to 70070.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Thanks</p>
