Hi Folks !!!! Thanks for visiting my fundraising page...... its a beaut.

On behalf of the Charity that loves the Lung I am taking part in a sponsored cycle from Los Angeles to San Diego, leaving on the 12th of May.  As a true Aberdonian, my ability to sweat whilst out running in the middle of a Scottish winter should mean after about 5 yards on a bike in the good old US of A I'll be lying in a sweaty puddle having shrunk to a shadow of my former self.

Please have no fear of me completing the task however, as you can see from this photo taken of me after yet another easy session at Crossfit Fife ..... I'm in good shape.
