We are running the Great North Run this year as a team for the Brain and Spine Foundation. For more info on the charity have a look on its website. Jonesy has managed to persuade 7 of us to join him this year and we hope to raise a lot of money for this excellent charity. He has relied heavily on guilt after 3 of them did it last year but we are all preparing ourselves for the big day in October. Thank you for all your support and we will let you know how we get on.
