One year ago, a son, brother and friend passed away after a long period of mental illness. He was 24.

 

Mental illness affects us all at some point of our lives and is often hidden or repressed

 

We, his family and friends, are running in the Manchester 10k in order to raise awareness and funds for Mind - a leading mental health charity.

 

Graham was a keen sportsman and enjoyed the company of his family and friends. 

 

We felt that running (/humiliating) ourselves is an appropriate way to remember what a fantastic guy Graham was.

 

Please help us support Mind's work.
