i'm running through one of the mersey tunnels in the the city to city 10k run on Sunday 1/6/08. and to date my training is going well

i'm undertaking this run for the personal challenge but given i've been out to Tanzania on a number of occasions and seen the unbelievable poverty there, so it makes good sense to raise money for this incredible project which literally saves and transform the lives of 130 young people in tanzania. many of the children who live at bethany would quite simply not be alive if the project did not exist.
