Opps ive made a mistake we or now just dad as my arm is still in plaster :-( will be swimming at 12.30pm, hope to se you there. Thankyou so so so much for the donations that have been made, we are amazed, thankyou

On the 3rd of July we take to the lovely, clear water that is the River Thames. Swimming a mile in Victoria docks at 12.35pm.

 We are hoping to raise money towards Help For Heros, a charity close to our hearts. As Tescos say"every little helps" if you can spare a little extra cash we would greatly appreciate it.
