I will be competing in Ironman UK, a long distance triathlon comprising a 2.4 mile swim,  112 mile bike followed by a 26.2 mile run. I have completed 2 previous Ironman races and can assure you they do hurt! (not just the race but all the training involved as well!)

For my suffering I would like you to sponsor me so I can try and raise as much money as I can for Cancer Research UK.
