I've decided to pull on some lycra and risk some chaffing to cycle the 59 miles between London and Southend on July 19th.

I will be doing this to raise funds for St Clare's Hospice, where amazing care and compassion was given to my mother before she died last year. The staff and volunteers are an outstanding group of people who help individuals and their families in very difficult circumstances but rely heavily on charitiable donations to provide this care.
