Royal Parks Foundation Half Marathon · 12 October 2008 ·

We help people diagnosed with a brain tumour. We aim to give everyone diagnosed access to the resources that will put them back in control. We enable brain tumour patients and carers to become resilient and to utilise brain tumour support resources from all providers to their full potential.

Story

Hi all,

Thanks for visiting our fundraising page. We are going to be giving up our beloved grog for the next month or so in order to run a half marathon on October the 12th. We're hoping to raise some money for Brainstrust, a charity which aims to help those diagnosed with brain tumours by working with hospitals to improve the care and develop research in the area. If you want to find out more please visit

We think it's a really worthwhile cause and is particularly important as a few years ago Graham's uncle sadly passed away having being diagnosed with a tumour.

This will be a major challenge for the boys so please give anything you can! The 13 miles takes place in London, starting and ending at Hyde Park and encompasses all 4 of the royal parks. Anybody is more than welcome to come along and have a giggle if they wish.

Much love and thanks,

Graham and Tom xx
