FINALLY COMPLETED THE MARATHON IN 4 HOURS 35 MINS!! 

A wonderful day and one I won't forget for a long, long time.  The crowds were great and made a massive difference.  Joanna was there to cheer me on too.  I was "in bits" at the end - but made it!
