I am running the London marathon on 17th April 2011 on behalf of The National Autistic Society ( NAS ) .   Anyone who knows me well will know that I do a fair bit of running and you may have wondered why I have never asked for any sponsorship money. I have been waiting for this , the big one, the London marathon. I have chosen the NAS as its a charity I am extremely passionate about. Autism affects millions of people in the UK including several of my friends and family who have children or relatives with autism . This is my way of trying to help a little and support this great charity who's slogan is Accept difference, Not indifference.
