The Help for Heroes charity is currently raising money for our wounded servicemen and woman of the British Armed Forces who have been wounded in this countrys most recent conflicts...those of Iraq and Afghanistan. Its aim is to raise money, which will be used for practical support for these brave lads and lass's and their families....such as at the Rehabilitation Centre at Headley Court, which would benefit the wounded while they are going through their rehabilitation process.
Wounded servicemen and woman who are going through the rehabilitation process have suffered from a range of injuries...such as the loss of limbs and other wounds of which most face long periods of recovery, and some will consequently have to cope with their injuries for the rest of their lives. The least we can do is to make this process as easy as possible for them.
When we need them, they take up the call to arms without question.....now they need us.
