So myself and a few colleagues thought this would be fun.... We have signed up to Cycle from Buckingham Palace to Windsor Castle that's 45 Miles.... all proceeds will go to the Princess Trust so it's for a good cause...

Don't worry about the fact you have not been on a bike for 15 years they said!
