Story

Thank you for taking the time to visit and donate to Grove House hospice in St Albans through the Green Bush CC's charity cricket match.

Grove House Hospice in St Albans is a fantastic charity that help people and their families suffering with cancer and other life threatening illnesses. Two years ago my father was diagnosed with a tumour in the Cerebellum area of his brain. After numerous operations and a course of Radiotherapy, he spent many hours at the hospice which helped him greatly in overcoming his condition and getting on the road to recovery.

The hospice is not government funded and is run entirely on donations by a team of volunteers. We as family did not pay a penny towards the fantastic service provided by the hospice, and we love you to help us give something back.

Please donate what you can and dig deep!
