Hello!

In April 2009 I'm going to be running the London Marathon in aid of Arthritis Care, a cause close to my family.

I've never run a marathon before so the whole thing seems pretty scary right now, particularly the 26 miles of running.

Arthritis is the single biggest cause of physical disability in the UK. Around nine million people have arthritis nationally. This includes thousands of young people and children, but arthritis touches the lives of many more. Arthritis Care’s mission is to empower people to take control of their arthritis and their lives. Last year they supported over 12,000 people through their helpline and sent out 360,000 Arthritis Care publications, to help people manage their condition.

Anything you can donate would be greatly appreciated, by me, my family, Arthritis Care, and the thousands of people they help every year.
