Thank you for visiting the page.  We have decided that we really don't need wedding presents - we have far too much "stuff" already.   If  you would still like to give us something to mark the occasion, then we much prefer that you make a donation to  Concern NI .  We have asked  that donations go to the Nyanza Rural Education Programme in four districts of Kenya. 

Here there are many vulnerable children ( mainly HIV orphans and girls ) who are forced to drop out of school to take care of their younger siblings or look after their sick parents.  The  programme supports local  schools  and communities in finding ways to ensure all children complete  primary education . It also   provides a safe space for children to be heard  and to access health care and  support information . In the longer term, it will promote  transfer of experience of the programme in government to help all vulnerable children across Kenya to complete their primary education .
