About the charity : Berkshire MS Therapy Centre Berkshire MS Therapy Centre
Multiple Sclerosis is an incurable and unpredictable disease affecting the central nervous system. They provide therapies for people with MS in Berkshire and the surrounding counties, giving them the power to manage their disease rather than letting it control their lives, and keeping them as mobile and independent as possible.

This page is designed to be updated with the events that myself, and occasionally friends also, will be partaking in  in order to raise money for the different charities.

This time it's the turn of the Berkshire MS Therapy Centre, who have helped and supported me numerous times over the past 6.5 years.

The centre will be holding a Charity Walk at Beale Park in Pangbourne on Sunday 7th October, with different length routes available to choose from: 1.5, 8, and 13.2 miles, all starting at 0930. Feel free to turn up and pay on the day - it's only £5 and allows you entrance to the park after the event so that you can enjoy the wildlife. Go on - challenge yourself! Take part, get fit, be sociable, and raise money for a worthy cause!

Thanks to all my kind and generous family, friends, their friends and all the families that attend the events, whether active participants or encouraging onlookers, and also sponsor me for all the events that I do. I cannot thank you enough.
