Well a big thanks to everyone who has donated so far - I finished the 10K in 64 mins, and finished about two thirds of the way down the list - now considering ive never run on a road before that's not too bad!

Cheers to Rob Hayward who ran with me and helped keep me sane - i'll get a more flattering photo up when I get hold of one!

Apparently I can keep this page up for three months after the event, so the more money I can raise for Cransley Hospice the better!

Now the training starts for a half marathon next year!
