Hello,

On Sunday 27th June, I will be completing the Coventry Fun Run in aid of the Spinal Injuries Association.

The run is about 4 miles (6.5 kilometers) and I will be doing it using just my arms!

I have not set a target because this is my first charity run and I just want to see how things go, but if you would like to support me and SIA, who support people all year round who have been spinally injured (both initially and years after their injury) then please donate to the cause, thank you.
