My story

Thanks for visiting my fundraising page which forms part of the fund raising efforts of The Caravan Club Team, Team CC.

Our Longest Day turned out to be shorter than expected and I rode the 54 miles from London to Brighton in 4 hours and 40 minutes, despite the congestion caused by so many bikes through through South London.

There was a wonderful atmosphere from start to finish and a fantastic cameraderie exists among fellow riders, especially when climbing some of the very steep gradients. But we let our hair down on the long, fast downhill sections where I managed a top speed of 37.5mph.

So far, Team CC has raised £23,000 but it need not stop there so please help us to raise a substantial sum to enable research into heart disease to progress. We all know family, friends or colleagues who have suffered heart disease at some stage, so please help provide the funding for BHF to develop treatments for the many ailments for which there is presently no treatment.
