Small family charity aiming to deliver 657 transformational Muscle Dream experiences in the UK for children & young people with Muscular Dystrophy (MD) & allied neuromuscular conditions ~ that's one amazing life-changing experience for each muscle in the human body. As we say, that's the #powerof657

Story

The GRIM8 DREAM TEAM CHALLENGE has arrived and the name says it all. As part of The Muscular Help Foundations (MHF's) bid to enter the LARGEST EVER TEAM IN THE HISTORY of the GRIM8 Event, the "Dream Team" comprises over 20 individuals who dare to take on the gruelling GRIM8 Challenge ... an 8 mile off road, multi terrain course, not for the faint hearted!

This battle-hardended team of "Muscle Warriors" are ready for the challenge. Grrrrr! With your help sponsoring us today, your money will help MHF deliver more Muscle Dreams ~ these are unforgettable experiences for children whose muscles are broken and wasting away through a debilitating disease called muscular dystrophy. Find out more about the GRIM8 Challenge and what Muscle Dreams are by visiting The Muscular Help Foundation

Our GRIM8 DREAM TEAM financial target is £10,000 – so come on, get with the GRIM8 MUSCLE WARRIOR DREAM TEAM SPIRIT ... and help us to realise many more Muscle Dreams in 2009

Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor me: The Muscular Help Foundation (MHF) gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation. Thank you
