First they dressed as ladies racing a raft, then came animal onesies racing a raft. Now its time to get serious and saddle up for a 220 mile bike ride from the most northerly pub in Wales to Whitchurch, Cardiff.

A 3 day grand tour for George Thomas Hospice starting from the Liverpool Arms, Amlwch on Friday August 1st and finishing at George Thomas Hospice on  August 3rd.

Day 1 Amlwch to Aberystwyth

Day 2 Aberystwyth to Swansea

Day 3 Swansea to Cardiff
