having been a keen cyclist for many years, i have always wanted to do LEJOG(lands end to john o groats) it will be over 1100 miles by the time i finish...i aim to take a month to do this, so there is no rush.. i want it to be a great road trip & enjoy it. Having decided to do a crazy long ride(yes i must be mad!) i thought i may get sponsored and benifit a worthwhile cause....

just over 3 years ago i lost my dad to cancer and i am sure most people know someone who has been affected by this terrible disease..
