We have suggested Headway because we know that they have been a great help to a family friend and we think that this is a hugely worthwhile cause. Headway is a charity set up to give help and support to people affected by brain injury through a network of local groups and branches throughout the UK and Channel Islands offering services such as rehabilitation programs, carer support, social integration and community outreach. Headway also provides valuable information and advice to promote understanding of brain injury and its effects, lobbies for improved support and resources from government and campaigns for measures that will reduce the number of brain injuries.
