HCF supports disadvantaged young people in the areas of Education, Health and Disaster Relief. The charities we have funded in the past include Weston Spirit, Teenage Cancer Trust, Save the Children and ChildLine. In 2006, 226 grants were made totalling over £1.3m benefiting over 347,000 young people. Hilton funds the core costs of the Foundation, so every £1 goes directly to projects helping young people!

Myself and Newcastle Falcons star, Tom May are going to leave Newcastle on 28th May and cycle down to Twickenham in 6 days, via every premiership rugby club en route; including Leeds, Sale, Leicester, Northampton, Worcester, Gloucester, Bristol, Bath, London Irish, London Wasps, Saracens and Harlequins  - arriving finally at Twickenham!

This is nearly 600 miles and is done in association with Tom's charity - Just for Kids.

I firmly believe in the old adage "what doesn't kill you, makes you stronger" - we shall see!!
