UPDATE: Brenda, one of my Walking Buddies, very gallantly stepped in as my co-participant and moral support, when my original instigator and Gym Buddy, Fiaz' mother sadly and unexpectedly passed away just before the event. Brenda and I finished the Adidas Women's 5km (3 mile) Challenge, in just under an hour and we had loads of fun.
